Equippable Character Gear
Weapons and armor now change how characters look, with new gear art and a testing helper in Mossy Flat.
Equipment
- Added 16 new weapons and armor pieces with dedicated inventory artwork.
- Equipped gear now changes the visible character model for both the player and nearby adventurers.
- Empty equipment slots keep the starter outfit while real gear replaces the matching visual layer.
Griff the Hoarder
- Added Griff the Hoarder near Iron Vassal in Mossy Flat.
- Griff can provide the complete item catalog for testing new equipment and character looks.
